Krav Maga Practitioner Program P1 (KMPP) prepares trainees abilities to avoid and release from different grabs such as bear hugs, and other holds in different threat situations. Part of the program also features the use of any objects as weapons or as shields from attacks. Trainees also learn to deal with different weapon attacks.
Objective: Practitioner Level (P1-P5) is to develop an understanding of the Krav Maga techniques including correct movements, strikes and stances. This includes applying combat and defence techniques such as using the arms as short-range weapons and legs as long range weapons in different situations and conflicts.
